  • How do I order custom items from Skyward Elements?
I no longer take custom orders, but I love to hear your suggestions for future designs! Please let me know your ideas by emailing me at skywardelements@gmail.com

  • When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 10 business days for me to create your item(s). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Once shipped, it can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks to be delivered depending on location and delivery speed selected. Please see the Shipping Page for more details.
  • Do you sell wholesale?
I welcome wholesale orders. Please contact me and I will get back to you with ordering details.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Every order arrives in a kraft jewelry box topped with an authentic wax seal. Elevate your gift even more with our unique Skyward Elements gift wrapping option—a layer of recycled kraft paper transforms your package into a treasured parcel, complete with string and our signature wax seal. Crowned with a gift tag, left blank or inscribed with your own heartfelt words.
  • Is this specific product in stock?
All Skyward Elements items are made to order. Due to the nature of our business, we can only make the item(s) once an order has been placed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item(s) to be handmade.
  • Is the jewelry water resistant?
Due to the materials and handmade nature of our items, it is NOT recommended to get them wet. Submerging items in water can cause damage to the artwork and some materials. Light rain and normal wear should be fine though.
  • What are the return/exchange policies?

  • What are your shipping rates?
Please go to the shipping page to see the current shipping rates. International shipping rates are calculated during checkout the get the most accurate price.
  • How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you should receive a tracking number. If you have an account, you can also find this information in the Order History page.
